build_robustness_profile(reports: 'Sequence[Any]') -> 'RobustnessProfileReport'Construct a worst-case monotone robustness profile from fixed-ε reports.
Raw estimates remain available at every point. The displayed envelope is the
cumulative minimum, reflecting the fact that a larger admissible perturbation
set contains every smaller set. Upward raw fluctuations are counted rather
than silently interpreted as improved robustness.
